Return and Refund Policy
AmazeAlign, our goal is to deliver high-quality, custom clear aligners and retainers with a seamless customer experience. Because every product is personalized, our policies are designed to balance flexibility with the nature of custom dental manufacturing.
We strongly recommend reviewing the following terms before placing your order.
1. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 5 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After this period, cancellations may not be possible if your case has entered review, design, or production stages.
- Any work already completed may result in applicable deductions.
2. 30-Day Fit Assurance
We stand behind the quality and fit of our products.
- If you experience fit concerns, request support within 30 days of delivery.
- Based on evaluation, we may offer:
- Replacement product
- Complimentary impression kit
3. Returns & Refund Eligibility
- Returns are only considered within 30 days of delivery.
- Email team@amazealign.com with your order number and issue.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
4. Impression Kits
- Used kits are non-returnable.
- Unused kits may be returned at customer expense.
- Non-refundable once a treatment preview is created.
5. Dental Scans
- Fees are non-refundable.
- Missed/rescheduled appointments may incur charges.
6. Clear Aligner Treatment
- Ineligible cases receive a refund minus processing fees.
- Manufactured aligners are non-refundable.
- If not proceeding after 3D plan, kit fee & processing charges are retained.
Fit & Adjustments:
- We may provide adjustments or replacements if needed.
- Not responsible for dental work changes after impressions.
Refinements:
- Request within 2–3 weeks after treatment.
- Approved refinements available for $250 fee.
7. Retainers
- Non-refundable once produced.
- Customers must ensure teeth have not shifted.
8. Night Guards & Sports Mouth Guards
- Non-returnable after manufacturing.
- No responsibility for dental changes affecting fit.
9. Oral Care Products
- Opened items are not eligible for return.
- Unopened items may be returned within 30 days.
10. Refund Processing
- Refunds issued within 10–12 business days.
- Deductions may include fees and shipping costs.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
12. Treatment Responsibility
Results depend on consistent aligner use and compliance.
